We are looking for a motivated and organised recruiter to join our friendly team in Old Amersham.
Purpose of Job:
Ensure we have the right number of qualified carers to meet client needs by managing the full recruitment cycle and onboarding. This includes attracting, recruiting, and retaining carers, ensuring compliance, and reporting on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Assist with HR tasks (contracts, onboarding, records).
- Work towards KPIs and report on performance.
- Participate in recruitment initiatives.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of care sector compliance
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in social media and recruitment technology.
