Location: Amersham- travel in the Buckinghamshire area
Salary: £26-28k per annum (pro-rata) Full time position, 40hrs per week.
Part time may be possible for the right individual.

We are currently seeking a Care Supervisor to join our team and help us achieve our vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding care and attention to clients, following their individual care plans with a friendly, warm, and supportive approach.
- Supervise and support our carers, ensuring Ashridge Home Care’s values are consistently upheld. Treat clients with the respect they deserve and lead by example.
- Conduct unannounced spot checks, supervisions, and support visits to the care team. Mentor new team members through their first 12 weeks of employment.
- Carry out observations aligned with the Carer Pathway and the Skills for Care accredited Care Certificate.
- Assist the Care Manager with Care Plan reviews, updates, and maintain smooth communication between clients and care management.
- Ensure that all client and carer contact is accurately recorded on our e-Care system.
- Participate in on-call duties, including weekend availability as needed.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in care, with a proven track record as a carer.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Solid understanding of providing exceptional care for clients, particularly those with Dementia or Alzheimer’s.
- Experience as a senior care assistant, Care Team Leader, or Care Supervisor (desirable).
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (desirable but can be arranged as part of the role's benefits).

Essential for the Role:
- Experience caring for clients with Dementia /Alzheimer’s.
- Full driving license and access to your own vehicle with business insurance.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and care planning software.
- Flexibility to work varied hours as needed. (Must include some evening and weekend availability)
