As a Care Supervisor, you'll be a key part of this culture, acting as a vital point of support for our dedicated carers, ensuring our high standards are met, and fostering a positive and collaborative environment where everyone can thrive.
What you'll be doing:
- Guiding, mentoring, and providing crucial support to our care team through supervisions, spot checks, and ongoing guidance.
- Contributing to care plan reviews and maintaining clear communication within the team and with the Leadership Team.
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping using our online care management system.
- Participating in on-call duties as needed.
What you'll bring:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in care, with a strong understanding of quality care practices (experience with Dementia/Alzheimer's essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to support and motivate others.
- A genuine passion for both delivering high-quality care and fostering a positive team spirit.
- A full driving license and access to your own vehicle with business insurance.

- Competitive salary: £26-28k per annum (pro-rata), full-time (part-time considered).
- Generous holiday: 33 days per annum (pro-rata, including bank holidays).

We recognise that it takes exceptional people to do such a demanding yet rewarding job, because of this we want to ensure we always have one of the best pay rates in the industry for both Live-In and Visiting Care. We also offer double pay on all public holidays and paid client-to-client mileage.

Refer-A-Friend Scheme
Without good quality carers, we know that we cannot provide person-centered, bespoke care to those we support. Some of our best carers have come through our referral scheme, so with this in mind, we are offering £400 per carer referred!

Your Personal Development
Together, we will guide and support you to develop your skills and confidence in providing high-quality care for clients, through the Induction and refreshers program, which consists of our CPD accredited online training paired with our experience lead classroom learning. We can support you with further learning, such as a Diploma in Health and Social Care.
