Jodie looks after recruitment here at Ashridge Home Care, and she brings real energy and passion to the role. She started out her career as a retail manager for a busy high street brand, where she discovered just how much she enjoyed finding the right people for the right roles.

In 2022, she made the move into the care sector and hasn’t looked back since. Jodie loves the rewarding nature of care recruitment and is passionate about supporting carers throughout their journey – from interviews and compliance checks to helping them settle into their new roles. Jodie is often the first friendly face carers meet, and she works hard to make the onboarding process as smooth and supportive as possible.

Jodie lives locally in Buckinghamshire and has lived in the area all her life. She enjoys the peaceful countryside, green open spaces, and hunting down the best local coffee spots!

Outside of work, Jodie keeps busy walking her two large dogs – an Australian Shepherd and a Husky. A big Arsenal fan and very sporty, she also enjoys spending time with her friends and is a true family girl at heart.
