Sarah joins Ashridge with 14 years of experience in the care sector. Most recently she worked with a large national care provider. A Psychology graduate from Cardiff University, Sarah is passionate about working with people and making a positive impact. Sarah has lived on the Buckinghamshire-Hertfordshire border for the past 15 years. She loves the green countryside especially as she enjoys horse riding in her spare time. She and her husband are avid music festival-goers and also frequently visit Cornwall to see family where Sarah grew up and discovered her passion for horses.
