Working Mum of three, Emma, is our Visiting Care Manager. Emma manages the schedules of the visiting carers. Not an easy organisational feat! With more than 600 hours of care a week to organise Emma does a brilliant job at making sure the right person visits each client. Emma ensures there is consistency of care provided to our clients and works closely with Sarah to ensure all training courses are compliant and is on hand to support the carers in any queries and concerns they may have.

Outside of work she runs a busy household with three children and a husband. For relaxation she is extremely talented at sewing and crafts. She says that the whole family enjoys nature and the outdoors.
