We're looking for domiciliary carer assistants to join our visiting care team, providing high-quality, person-centred care in Amersham and surrounding areas.
Our mission is simple: to provide the kind of care we'd want for our own loved ones, focusing on helping people stay safe and happy in the homes and communities they love. If you're looking to be part of a highly respected team that truly prioritises your wellbeing and empowers you to make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
Why join us?
Our carers consistently tell us they feel welcomed, supported, and valued, appreciating our knowledgeable and flexible approach. We're proud to be rated 'Outstanding' for Caring by the CQC, a testament to our commitment to nurturing our carers and celebrating every success, big or small.
Why you'll love being part of our team:
- Excellent pay: earn £14.50 (weekdays) and £16.50 (weekends), with double pay on bank holidays
- Rewarding bonuses: up to £400 for every friend you refer!
- We’re invested in your growth: paid induction, care certificate, and ongoing support for level 2 & 3 diplomas in health and social care
- Dedicated support: your own care manager and a friendly office team always ready to help
- Prioritising your well-being: an Employee Assistance Programme with wellbeing support
- Award-winning culture: join a team rated 5 stars for culture and management (Indeed) and recognised for live-in care expertise (Home Care Awards)
- Benefits package including paid holidays, travel expenses of 45p per mile, NEST pension scheme, client referral scheme, Blue Light Card
About the role:
As an hourly / domiciliary care assistant, you'll use your skills and compassion to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

- Running errands, including collecting prescriptions
- Supporting mobility and transfers

What you'll bring to the role:

- A valid driver's license and access to your own car – our clients can live in rural areas not accessible by public transport
- Whilst previous professional care experience can be an advantage (e.g. domiciliary carer, care assistant, support worker, or personal healthcare assistant) it is not a requirement – all you need is a passion for care!
- Our clients need care between 07:00 – 22:00, so you must be flexible to work at least one of the following shifts:
- 07:00 – 11:00
