We are looking for people who are kind, caring and compassionate that share our values and can help us to uphold our vision: to enable people to independently live at home as a genuine choice and empower them to live the life that they wish to, feeling safe and happy.
For this role, you do not need to be an experienced carer or have formal qualifications. Whether you are new to care or have previous experience, we will guide and support you to develop your skills and confidence in providing high quality care for clients with a variety of needs, from companionship to complex care.
We are offering part-time and full-time opportunities to visit our clients in their own homes throughout South Buckinghamshire including Amersham, Beaconsfield, High Wycombe, Chesham, The Chalfont’s, Marlow, Gerrards Cross, Bourne End and all areas in between. There are no set hours or shifts – let us know your availability and we will match suitable clients to your schedule accordingly.
- £13.50 per hour on weekdays and £15.50 on a weekend including double pay on bank holidays
- A minimum of 1-hour care visits with clients
- Paid client to client mileage at 0.45p per mile
- Whilst the majority of our contracts are zero hours we are able to offer guaranteed and contracted hours in some situations available to provide further security once your probationary period has been completed
- Holiday Pay and Pension Scheme
- Generous Refer a Friend Scheme using the Care Friends app up to £400 per friend referred
- Paid Induction training
- Refer a client scheme of up to £600 per client
- Gain the highly accredited Care Certificate through our Induction Programme
- Once you have joined us you will enjoy extensive paid training and support throughout your career
- Ongoing support whenever you need it, on the phone or in-person
- Enhanced DBS reimbursed after completion of probationary period
- Employee assistance Programme
We want you to be enabled to build trusting relationships with your clients and feel that you have the time to care properly. You will provide your clients with companionship, home help, personal care support, accompaniment on outings and assistance with their daily routine.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about caring and making a difference to someone’s life
- Able to offer our clients companionship and support whilst promoting their independence and wellbeing
- A driver, with access to their own car to enable you to travel to clients homes.
Please note that applicants are required to have the right to work in the UK as we do not offer visa sponsorship.
If you have further questions before you apply, please feel free to give us our office team a call on 01494 917344.

Refer-A-Friend Scheme
Without good quality carers, we know that we cannot provide person-centered, bespoke care to those we support. Some of our best carers have come through our referral scheme, so with this in mind, we are offering £400 per carer referred!
-
Your Personal Development
Together, we will guide and support you to develop your skills and confidence in providing high-quality care for clients, through the Induction and refreshers program, which consists of our CPD accredited online training paired with our experience lead classroom learning. We can support you with further learning, such as a Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Extra Support For All Staff
When joining our care team, you will have a dedicated Care Manager, Care Supervisor, and full office team to help support you throughout your career. We also have an Employee Assistance Programme where you can anonymously seek help, guidance, or assistance for any concerns you may have, in your work or personal life.
