This passion extends to her colleagues, as she is also dedicated to supporting the professional and personal development of her team of carers.

Julie holds an NVQ and a Registered Manager's Award, qualifications that further underscore her expertise.

Outside of her professional life, Julie is an avid bowler and represents her club, Gerrards Cross, as well as the county team.
