A unique care role: join our visiting care team in Richmond, London
Are you a compassionate and creative carer looking for a unique opportunity? We are seeking an exceptional individual to provide daily live-out support for a wonderful client in Richmond, London. This isn't your typical domiciliary care role. You'll be joining a dedicated, established team that enables our client to live a vibrant, active, and fulfilling life.
About the role
This position is ideal for someone looking for a rewarding, part-time commitment. You will be providing daily break cover for our client's live-in care team. They need cover for two hours a day, seven days a week – this could be covered by one person, or a team of two. The usual shift is from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, a perfect schedule to fit around other work or personal commitments.
Your role will be focused on providing engaging companionship and support with a variety of fun, in-home activities. Our client has a great sense of humour and loves to be creative. You'll be helping with things like:
- Baking delicious treats
- Arts and crafts projects
- Music time and other creative pursuits
This is a fantastic chance to build a meaningful, long-term relationship with a kind and engaging individual.
Why you'll love being part of our team
We know that a great carer deserves great benefits, even for a part-time role. We're committed to supporting you every step of the way.
- Excellent pay: Earn £14.50 per hour on weekdays and £16.50 on weekends, with double pay on bank holidays
- Dedicated support: You'll have your own dedicated care manager and a friendly office team always ready to help
- Prioritising your wellbeing: We provide an Employee Assistance Programme with access to valuable wellbeing support
- Award-Winning culture: Join a team rated 5 stars for culture and management on Indeed and recognised for our care expertise at the Home Care Awards

About you
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, creative, and has a great sense of humour. You must have prior experience supporting someone with learning disabilities and epilepsy.
You will need to be:
- Reliable and punctual
- A strong communicator
- Patient and empathetic
This is a live-out role based in the client's home, so you do not need to be a driver.
If you're ready to make a real difference and be part of a truly unique care team, we would love to hear from you.
